I have been waiting for the 4.1 Jelly bean update since its announcement, and I still haven't received it yet on my Nexus i9250 (completely stock, not rooted / unlocked). I have tried the clear data / force stop trick to the Google service framework app, and nothing..

Did you get your phone from Google or from your carrier? The IMM76K variation seems to be a carrier provided build, not the standard Google build (which was IMM76I for the I9250). I imagine you are needing to wait for your carrier to update your phone to JB -- or use the procedure others have used to change the phones build to IMM76I/Yakju (assuming you have a GSM phone).
