Help Hello- how to Unsync contacts?

New- sorry to burrst right in. I had my skyrocket about a week now. But between work email, 2 other emails, facebook, twitter and Linkedin I have way too many and not needed contacts. How do I un sync my contacts?

You can stop the apps from syncing by disabling the feature inside all the apps. Unfortunately, whatever is synced and in your contacts now will have to be hand deleted.

You could just wipe all the contacts and sync with just gmail, for instance.
