Hello! I am new here ...

Newbie
And I am looking to buy a new Android phone. I currently own a e71 the LCD screen has stopped working, so I am in the market for a new Android phone. Here are my requirements -

1. I should be able to get it unlocked. And along with that, I should be able to put custom ROMs, 2.2 etc etc
2. GPS
3. Wifi
4. Bluetooth A2DP, AVRCP profiles, DUN/ PAN -- I need to be able to tether my PC to go online.
5. Should work on AT&T 3G bands
6. Expandable through memory cards
7. Skype support. I use Skype Out a lot, and if I can get Fring on there, it
8. Sufficient processor speed and memory. My e71 had a 349 Mhz processor. I need something faster and beefier.
9. 3.5mm headset, ideally.
10. FM radio. FM transmitter would be nice, but not a big deal.

Now, a front facing camera would be icing on the cake. My e71 has one, I used to use Fring to do video calls till Fring removed Skype connectivity. I love using my phone for video calls, but if it is not available, it's ok really.

So, any suggestions on what I should be buying? If there's nothing good enough, I guess I will have to go with an e72, the Nokia's recommended upgrade for the e71.

Evo is available for AT&T?

Also, if there's no phone available, I wouldn't mind going in for a e72 upgrade, followed by an Android tablet or some other device that can run the latest Android update. I just want to play with Android on something ..
