Hello im a noobie and my lg optimus f3 ms659 is not booting i got as far as the download mode can anyone help me please help me?

Try holding power until it powers off or pulling the battery. Then see if it will boot.

I agree with sneaky_1. "Download mode" should only happen if you are pressing other buttons, such as volume up or volume down, while pressing on the power button. Remove the battery and put it back in, then press just the power button.
