hello new android owner

hello I got my b day gift a bit earily my b day is on sat but I got my best gift last night.

an samsund aclaim this is my first android phone I am moving up from a samsung delvi

so far the phone is great I still have a lot ot learn I need to know if there is a way to upload ring tones from an e mail sent to my g mail account that is set up with my phone

I can get my walpapers this way & save them to my phone but with the ring tones all I can do is preview the tone there is now way to add them to my phone any idears? thanks

Welcome to Android Forums! Download Astro File Manager and it should give you options when you click onto the file.

I own a Samsung i897 and I have used Samsung for years since the Blackjack I am not going to mess with ROM or the Froyo update yet, but just wait for Samsung. There was a Samsung VP at Barcelona who stated that Froyo would be available in the immediate future.
My Captivate works fine, bit I use lots of data with Pandora a lot.
