hello there!

hey guys. I'm kinda new here. I joined this forum to know more about what android is all about. but to tell you the truth, I have yet to have an android phone. but I'm planning to get one. but right now I'm still confused on which android phone to get, plus there is also budget constraints.

right now, I have my eyes set on buying from the samsung galaxy line of android phones. but before purchasing, I must be sure that I would get the right phone for me. I'm stuck in choosing between 2 phones, Galaxy Ace and Galaxy fit.

My problem with Ace is that I have read users experiencing battery problems. saying that the battery performance is below average and lasts for less than a day. I haven't read anything about the battery of the Galaxy Fit.

with the Galaxy Fit, I have seen videos of gaming with the Galaxy Fit. and it lags sometimes. I also have seen videos of games with the Galaxy Ace and there was no lag problems.

can anyone advice this noob (me!) on which phone to get. :)

Welcome to the Android Forums!

Battery life on any of these phones is dependent on a lot of different factors. Most Android smartphones typically have batteries that will last around a day. You can extend this by purchasing extended batteries when available and by making some fundamental changes to the phone like deleting unused widgets, disabling auto brightness, and turning off auto sync.

thanks for the reply. :)

I'll have to think hard and research some more for me to be able to buy the android phone thats right for me.

thanks!!
