Hi guys,

I am a new android os user, and I have to say I love it to bits.

I have the Sony Xperia X10 mini.. and it is surprisingly easy to use, on account of my fat ass fingers xD

Anyway I wanted to say hello, but also, does anybody have any information on when sony will be releasing the 2.1 android update for the Xperia X10 family ?

Damn.. I hate when they give out the old Q's.. seems like it's some kind of joke to make us wait for indefinite periods of time :(

Your right dude - But Sony Ericsson is still way better then Samsung - I mean S.E. is providing an update for most of its devices - but companies like Samsung suck very badly when it comes to stuff like this - specially when people pay that much money for their android phones -
 
Previously on this blog we communicated that we will update our 2010 Xperia phones (Xperia X10, X10 mini and X10 mini pro) to Android OS 2.1 in Q4. We are today happy to confirm that all of these phones will now get the update to Android 2.1 from the latter part of Q3 and onwards (timing will vary from market to market, some will be in Q4. Please follow this blog for further information with regards to exact timing of the upgrades).
