I'm Carrie, communications programmer since 1986.
Learnt Java many years ago and decided it was a solution without a problem (platform)
Bin rather quiet for a few years, but am looking forward to getting my head around the android interface.

Thanks - my christmas present has just arrived. My nephews old android tablet 4.0.3.
My first task is to root it and see if I can upgrade......
really looking forward to this - its been ages since I have had a new toy development environment to play with!
