Not only new to the forum, but also a (soon to be) new smart phone user. Have order the Droid 2 Global, and should receive it tomorrow. I've been using a multimedia phone and decided to take the plunge for a smart phone simply to have a new toy to play with. Got the 'Global' for use in upcoming trips to SE Asia and China.

Anyway, looking forward to learning lots and maybe someday contributing to the group.
