I'm a new Droid user, having just activated a Samsung Captivate, switching from a BB8310.
Bought my wife a Captivate 4 mos ago, re-evaluated the market again, and came to the same conclusion for buying mine.
I'm recently retired from technical sales.
Learning to sync to my PC has been an interesting journey (I'm my own IT professional now w/o corporate IT support) but finally figured out how to sync contacts, mail, and calendar.
How do you sync Captivate "Memo" and MS Outlook 2007 "Notes"?
It is frustrating that Kies (Samsung's PC based sync program) is available in practically every country in the world except the US.
We like the phones very much.
I am looking forward to becoming a frequent user of AndriodForums as I learn this OS.
