Hey guys I upgraded phones, I started with a Huawei ascend TapOut Edition and just upgraded to the Samsung Admire!

My son wanted my slow Ascend phone and that's the main reason why I'm here! To find a solution to making this phone run faster and smoother so that my son has a better experience than what I had with this phone

You'll probably want to root and flash that puppy. Just remember, no matter how many performance parts you slap on a Yugo, it will never be able to keep up with a Corvette.

Check out Ascend - All Things Root - Android Forums for advice on modding your old phone. I would think the processes are similar between editions of the phone, but best to ask.
