eris!
Lurker
A friendly green robot is encouraging me to introduce myself. It promised it would take just a couple of seconds.
My wife and I just bought our Eris phones from a Verizon store in a BJs last night. We got us a pretty sweet buy one, get one free deal. Of course, it's not as good as buy none, get two free, but it'll do.
I've already got myself Friendfacing (I hope at least one person gets this reference) with it and reading my Gmail and got Last.fm going and thinking of doing other things. One thing I can't seem to do right now is to play my beloved Lexulous on it, which is kind of a drag. Oh yeah, also got BBC News set up, al Jazeera as well. I'm thinking of adding some other news sites from other regions as well for a quick trip of the world's headlines.
Well, I hope the green robot is happy that I did this. Though, it did take more than just a couple of seconds, but I won't hold it against the him...her...it.
