Noob here, please be gentle Only had a smart phone for the last year, I got an LG Optimus Zip from Straight Talk and was hoping to ask a question about notification sounds. I can not seem to stop the email from giving me the notification sound as it is driving me nuts.

Hi bearzilla333!! Here is a link to the Optimus forum, They will be gentle.
You should be able to turn off the sound in your settings. But check in here also.
