I'm from France, I'm using Android based smartphone and tablet, and I have a problem with my tablet. Since the "Settings" application doesn't run, I don't know how to fix it nor to do a factory data reset. I become a member of this forum in order to get help from experienced new friends. :p

Finally I was able to do a factory data reset by pressing the power and volume buttons. The problem is solved.
