Help Help! 3D photos

Hello, I am having problems with my 3d photos in my gallery, they are apppearing in 3d anymore, I have older pics that would always appear in 3d and just stopped, now any new pics will not be 3d in the gallery either. The pics just appear as a crappy blurry 2d double picture, my videos all appear 3d so idk whats wrong! Any help will be much appreciated, thank you

Have you rebooted your phone?

remove the battery for 2 minutes. re install. try again.

can you take photos and videos in 3D (make sure the switch is in 3D mode)?

U.S. user, and yes I can take 3d videos and pics and when they show me the pic right after taking it it is in 3d, but when I enter into the gallery the videos are 3d, but the pics are not.
