Help a teacher! ZTE Skate

Hello,

Our school has just bought some software to enable us to monitor kids progress.

Hardware

Problem is, it says we need to connect our ZTE Skates using Active Sync (XP), and basically we can't.

We have installed the drivers that came with the phone, but Active Sync will not find the phones.

Any ideas? We need a idiot guide step by step if anyone can help us.

Many thanks

Nicola

Nicola,

Have you tried contacting the vendor to see if they have any suggestions? I'm betting they might have a helpful suggestion for you.

Here's their contact page: Contact Form

You could also try posting in the ZTE Skate - Android Forums area in case they have some PC connectivity tips.

Good luck!

Did you restart the computer after installing drivers? Sometimes you need to restart the computer after installing drivers.
