Help Help Activating, please

Just received my bionic from Fed Ex...poped in the sim card, started the phone up and it will not activate. It goes directly to the touch the android to start screen, I do that and it says please wait until your phone has been activated and restarted. I'll wait a few minutes and then it says there was a problem activating your phone. Contact customer care or retry.

I've done this a few times now. Has anyone else had this problem. Perhaps there is something wrong with the sim card?

I'll keep trying. How long did it take on the second try? I've done this a few times. I just don't know how long I should wait till I run to a store.

Try pulling the battery while it is activating. They did this to activate mine at the VZW store.

I'll try that. Does it say anything while its activating or give any indication that it doing so. Mine just stays on that white screen saying please wait til its activated and restarted.

It will just stay on that screen for a couple of minutes and then it will say "Programming Successful!" or something along those lines and restart.

Having the same problem...

Stuck in the SIM card and the battery and turned it on and it says

"Please wait until your phone has been restarted and activated"

Its been like that for 5 minutes, and this is my 2nd try now...

I had a similar issue, but mine was because I picked the phone up at the store -- and had the rep set it so I can activate it later on in the day. I had to get back to work :) If you see the blinking triangle, along with some bars - but without the "4GLte" icon next to it - then you need to call Verizon Wireless, and activate your order. It's all automated, just call the 1800#, and put in your cell #.. Once it tell you the order was activated, then you will see 4GLte next to the triangle when you reboot, and it actives pretty quickly. -droidosis-

which 1800 number?

Hmmm well i just realized i missed Step 2...

Activate 4F LTE Service...

so I called the number it told me to call (18778074646) and I entered in my phone number and account password and then nothing really happened, it just kept asking me if I wanted to enter in another phone, so I just hung up thinking it would fix it. But it's still not activating my phone..

Theres just a blinking triangle.

Try the 18009220204 #. If you have 4g in your area, and you do not see 4GLte icon next to the triangle during activation, then your phone does not have permission to access the 4G network. You will see some bars, and then they will drop away one at a time to nothing, and say activation failed. Once Verizon activates the order (automated), it will let your phone ESN through the firewall so you can activate :) -droidosis-
