Root Help again..

Okayy, so I installed icarus and It runs great but somehow I messed up the flash and I can't sign into gmail (meaning no market, calender) is there something I can do to fix this in cwm? Or do I need to reflash? And if I need to reflash do I start back from the very beggining?
And can I just flash to icarus and start from fresh downloading apps, or is titu mandatory?
Oh and I downloaded titu from 4shared, so I had to put my sd card back in before I could restore my apps..

Redownload the ROM because it might have corrupted, and reflash again following all the steps in TokenPokes ultimate customization guide.
