Root Help? ...again

Hey all! Its been awhile since I've been on and what do you know, we have a new update. I was wondering, even though I'm sure its been asked before, how I would go about updating from Apex 1.4.1 on .340 to GB. A loose step by step would be great. I don't remember a whole lot from the first time.

If you have a clean nandroid with root only on it then you could use that to flash the 2 part update to GB.

If not, SBF is needed, then root, then flash the 2 part update.

Do I use the signed or not signed Zip?

Not signed.. signed is for stock (non rooted), and you use stock recovery to apply the update manually.

Yes, use Z4Root to root .340.
