Hi everyone

I have recently been handed a Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus as a work phone. This is my first ever Android device and I absolutely love all the Apps and things that you can get on it after years of putting up with a Blackberry!

I just have one gripe with the phone a the moment and that is everytime I power down or the battery drains all the Apps move around into random positions on new pages. It is really annoying and I am getting really fed up of moving everything around to how I want it again and again and the resaving it only for everything to be moved again a couple of days later!

I have contacted Samsung and they said that it was a minor sofware issue and if I completed a Factory Reset this should solve it. Safe to say it didn't and thats why I find myself here!!!

Please help!!!!!
