Help Help Android SDK Installation Not Detecting Java SE Development Kit (PSX .ISO CONVERSION)

Im trying to install the Android SDK Kit so I can start some psx iso conversion using the xperia play native psx emulator. During the installion the SDK halts telling me it cannot continue further due to Jave SE Development kit not
installed. Directing me to this URL java.oracle.com . On the provided link I downloaded JDK 7 with Java EE in the subsection of JDK bundles. However Android SDK installation halts asking me for the same thing. I dont know what to do.

Hi DarkAlchemy...when you get to that part during the Android SDK kit install, press back, and then continue again. It's a bug. The same thing happened to me!

i did .. nothing... the button to continue stays greyed out. I rebooted and everything..
