Help any1!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi, my soft key has stopped working, its the menu 1, not the back key. but it still lights up.it just stopped workin all of a sudden.but 2nite it worked for 1minute an now its stopped again. the phone is 1 month old and as i dont have insurance on it im startin to panic. im open to any suggestions. thanx any 1 who helps. James

Can't help with the button mate but if you don't get it fixed send it back. Insurance doesn't matter - if its defective after a month then you can certainly take it back for repair or replacement.

Note: this is UK consumer law. Might be different where you are.
