Root HELP!! App problems after ROM theme and kernel flash

Need help I flashed gingersteam Extreme with gingerpinkie theme and plauge 1.8 kernel on my wifes phone and any of the usual apps I use the market says they're incompatible with my device please help

Its because the LCD density was changed in the build prop. Using ROM toolbox or Root Explorer navigate to the system folder and find the file called build.prop long press and select edit then its in the first half of the prop and its a line that has LCD density=220 in it and change that 220 to 240. Save it. Then delete all the data from the market apk and reboot and you should be good.

How do you delete the market data? Is that dalvik cache or just through manage apps
