Root help: app2sd changing to new memory card

hello, i im using xperia x8 root,xrecovery,app2sd.
i want to ask, if i want to upgrade or moving to another memory card, need to do the app2sd again? and how about the program stored on the memory card by app2sd? how to backup it?

take xrecovery backup
copy the backup from /sdcard/xrecovery/backups to your pc
format & partition the new memory card
paste the /sdcard/xrecovery/backups to your new memory card
restore the backup
uninstall the app2sd script
reinstall the script
