Help HELP!!! Backflip keeps restarting!

I upgraded my cousin's backflip from 1.5 to 2.1 and now it wont stop restarting! I'm in huge trouble because I'm heading home tomorrow and theyre 2 states away! Please help as soon as possible. I don't know what to do. There isnt any way to get the apps off the system memory because it keeps rebooting before I can get to it! I'm screwed if I can't get this fixed

My wife's backflip does the same thing. Reboots over and over again.

Upgraded from 1.6 to 2.1. kept doing it.

Replaced the Sim card as sometimes it wouldn't read it. New card didn't solve reboot problem.

Replaced the battery- still keeps on rebooting over and over.

do a hard reset. reset to factory defaults.
