You need to put some more detail here. You got stuck in a boot loop so now you're running nandroid restore? I assume now it's booting correctly?
You have to make absolutely certain when flashing a ROM that you wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache. It's a must. I would also recommend downloading Calkulin's format all zip file to make extra sure that everything is wiped properly before flashing (pardon the spelling, it is probably not correct).
What are you using to flash the ROM? Avoid the ROM Manager app. It's been widely reported to be buggy. Amon RA is your best bet. Just make sure you make a nandroid backup in whatever recover you plan on working with because they are not compatible from one to the other (so you can't make a nandroid backup on clockwork and then restore it with Amon).
Thank you , Yea i had to back up and i will try another ROM tomorrow. (sorry for not being specific , and i did clear the cache, dalvik and did a factory rest.).
+1 to what MizzouBrent said. Keep in mind the first time you flash a new rom it will take some time to boot. If for some reason it just sits booting for a very long time you might want to try a battery pull.
