Root help boot logo change

i had my Gio with the mod software and with a cool boot image, but it have so muth bugs,

that i decided to put the oficial one in my case the 2.3.6 Vodafone Portugal and root the phone...

but i hate this stupid samsung logo, so i want to change to a logo like this one:

its possible?
