Help Help! boot up problem- keeps re-booting

Hi, I'm having trouble with my desire. Whenever you turn on the phone it seems normal, but when it comes to the HTC 'quietly brilliant' page, (where it normally lets you in and asks for your pin code etc) it simply does the process again and again and again. Software issue?? help!


The only thing I did- I went to plug in the phone to the charger because it was about to go flat, and right as I plugged it in it went flat. It came up with the normal 'please wait' message it always done when it shuts down, apart from it thought about it for way langer than normal. Then crashed. I've been having the problem above since...

Try a couple of simple things first. Pull the battery out while the phone is on (ie don't shut it down first) and leave it out for a couple of minutes. That may be enough to clear some corrupt data.

If not, does it boot without the sd card?

If neither works we may have to consider a factory reset.
