Help Help! Bricked Admire, Got it replaced, now....

Now i'm worried about all my info (emails, twitter, skype) falling into the hands of the next person who gets the fixed phone.

Is this even possible? Is there anyway i can protect myself? Am i just paranoid?

Also can i get some tips on how NOT to brick my phone next time...like lists of ways you can brick your phone and how to avoid them.

thanks

once the phone is factory reset there is NO personal info on the phone and there should be no sd card so im pretty sure your in the clear on that
as for bricking your phone, research, research, research before you do anything. i wait a couple days to flash anything to my phone thats new so i can see the comments that people post on wether it works or not if there is a bug and its been fixed stuff like that

go to Privacy setting in settings and factory reset ,thats the best you can do.
always do this if you let your phone go ANYWHERE or to anyone.
backup,backup,backup!
viperdink out!

thanks guys i appreciate the help,

i think i got all my emails, twitter, and skype situated just had to revoke some access ect..now i guess i'll just focus on how not to brick my phone like i did yesterday..had the phone for less than 2 days!. but thanks again
