Root Help, bricked my phone.

Hitting the power button just turns the phone on and off, still in fastboot. This was a mistake I will share when I get my phone working again. I am guessing I am going to have to use RSD to get things back to stock.

I have tried using RSD and it says failed flashing process 6/22. Now what?

What update were you on 5.5.866 or newer? This may help getting you up and running. What file were you trying to flash in rsdlite?

If you are flashing the right fxz file with what firmware you are using, keep trying to flash it. RSDLite can be very picky.

I was using the one-click method to get back on the upgrade path. Everything worked fine, I was on .901, but I did not have root. I went to reapply the one click with the intention of stopping at .893 and then rooting, but I never made it, got stuck in Fastboot flash mode. I have invalid CDT and invalid CG version. I have tried RSD a dozen times with no success.

There are tons of posts about that error you are receiving and how to fix it over at droidforums.net. Sorry I dont have a direct link, but just go over there and look for all the threads about the .901 build or the threads on using the pathsaver method

Thanks for all the help. I will try each of your suggestions and let you know if I have any success.

I didn't realize how much I enjoyed this phone until I screwed it up!
