need help! urgent!!

i was root my sgs2 yesterday and everythings run smooth.
n today i tried to freeze some apps using titanium back up
but after that my phone was hang & cant on any more.
i manage to on it but it will it will stuck at the start screen only.

please help. my version is 4.0.4 Siyah.

thx... really urgent, need to use to phone urgently

Did you make a nandroid backup and can you boot into recovery?

i tried before but cant find such app call nandriod
but luckly i hv titanium backup.
at the end i tried factory reset, dont even know how
i just any how press all the buttons after factory reset
and my phone turns on.
all back to original, and 1 things is my phone will automatic download
the app i'm using before where all missing after factory reset.
May i know why?
