Help!! can't get pass the android boot screen

Im new here and i need help. So today i instaled some games on my flytouch3. But when i tried to uninstal a game it was just showing a uninstalling scrren for 10 minutes, so i clicked back button and shuted it down. But when i tried to turn it on it got past linux penguin, android_ screen, but when other android screen came, it just flashes letters over and over and does not turn on.Sorry for my bad english.
Can someone help me??

You could try doing a hard reset which is powering on holding down the power+menu+back button until you see the recovery screen start. Unfortunately that would start you back at square on as if you had just turned it on for the first time.
