Root Help can't install browser apk

What doesn't support your phone I run it on my phone. Flash the recovery that say lw690. It will say LG optimus C I used that on from rom manager everything is the same.

What is "all things root"? Is that a website or something? Where do I find it? Is there a custom rom for the galaxy indulge?
