Help Help! cant make calls!

On my second Moment and this one has been ok(with the exception of airplane mode) until now... I tried to send a text eariler and I got the message not sent error then I tried to make a phone call and it wouldent go through.. the call timer didn't even pop up. The odd thing is my internet works fine... I. Went back to factory settings via menu privacy reset and still no phone.. any input appreciated

Did you try yanking the battery and re-booting the phone?

Yeaah I tried removing the battery and no luck.. but I woke up this morning and all my missed txt and voicemails were there and I could call so idk what was going on there...
