Help Help. change default contact picture

does anyone know of a way to change the default contact picture of all contacts? I only have a few personalized pics and want something else other than the green robot to pop up when someone calls. I also dont want to individually change each contact I have.

I don't believe there is a way(at least not easily and would need root).
You are stuck with "andy" unless you change each contact's picture.
