Help clearing phone memory

Scary

Member
I'm continually struggling with the internal memory on my Desire. No matter what I do it's hovering around 89% - the warning appears at 90%. According to 'File Manager' I'm using 130 out of 147MB)

Unlike others I've heard about with the same problem I don't have anything that looks like it's taking up that much space, even the usual suspects:

Contacts Storage - 9.8MB
Facebook data - 1.18MB
Facebook for HTC Sense data - 6.2MB
com.htc.socialnetwork - 3.09MB
Gmail - 272KB of data, 4MB total

Is there anything else I'm missing? The Internet cache is set low and is currently cleared. I have about 800 SMS messages but 'messages' in applications shows only 800KB. I delete MMS messages straight away as these take up a lot of space

I've got a few apps on the internal memory (everything I can't move to SD) as well as the standard, none that big. Flash is 11MB and Google Maps at 9MB.. are these right?

Any thoughts/ideas?

Have a look at my "My Noob's Guide To Moving All Apps To SD Card - Un-rooted Phones Supported" guide in my signature. You don't need to be rooted and will free up a ton of space :)
