Root Help!!! Compiling kernel.

Hey guys. trying to compile a kernel and I'm getting a lot of warnings. Do I need to concern myself with the warnings? Also, the only actual error I'm getting is

I have done all the searching, reading, and 'you name it'. it's driving me crazy. My head is about to explode and I'm seeing double and triple of everything. Help pls.

Im not dev but dont think you have edited in/declared what the default gov is
