Root [HELP]CWM RECOVERY not working

hello everyone cem recovery is not working for me by physical methods
(holding switch on button with volume down)
the rom loads as it should but recovery is not working
i tried installing recovery again by using fastboot but no luck
BUT recovery is working by using reboot into recovery options from rom toolbox and rom manager

please help

That clearly points ur hardware keys are having issues.
Goto service center

the hardware keys are working because i am able to switch on amd off my mobile and also i am able to lower the ringer volume


am i right ?

i think you need fastboot by windows pc
use rz recovery
