The simplest solution is to log into the market on your computer, pick a launcher and install it. It will be sent OTA and installed in 5 minutes or so. Wait that long then reboot.
Then you can get the original launcher from backup and switch back if that's what you like.

It will not work. I've tried already. Won't work.

when i hold volume rocker up + Power button it brings me to android sstem recover <3e>

I know your kinda of lost. Its okay, just follow my steps, just scroll up and read. Once you install PREVAIL_M820_FA19_Rooted_CWM you will have a rooted and custom recovery/ install phone. Then you can do ( hold volume rocker + power button) CWM ( special menu).

Damn. Thought I had that one. I'm trying to help save your settings and all.
You could use the Odin program to install clockwork mod recovery only. Then flash Lord's zip.
I'm assuming you don't want your phone wiped.

Edit: You sure that didn't work before? It just worked for me.
Press Home one more time.
