Help Help, Digital Clock issues

I hace had a few issues with my digital clock widget, it has disappeared. I have tried to re-apply it to my home screen and it doesnt show. However, the space is occupied by a 4x1 widget that can be deleted. I attempted to clear the cache but there is nothing to clear and i have even factory reset to see if that would fix the problem. Any ideas?

FYI I am running stock, 4.0.4

A power off, then on fixed it. Strange how a reboot didn't fix it....

I have noticed, myself, that quite often a (power off/power on) works when a restart will not work. Curious.
