Root HELP! Downloaded update while rooted and re-rooted now battery SUCKS!

I was rooted via AIO, I downloaded the last software update last night, I attempted to re-root with AIO and it failed because I forgot to set it to charge only so I did it over again and it worked but now my battery goes from 100% to 0% in about 3.5 hours with little to no use. Any ideas what happened to my mopho or ideas to correct it? Does it have anything to do with me using AIO not being set to charge only or the fact I ran AIO twice?

Some people have mentioned this though I haven't experienced it myself. After every flash, I try and use Battery Calibrator just to make sure that I'm proper. You might want to try to flash the update again.

Nope it was simply WidgetLocker. Weird.
