Help Help! Draw pattern to unlock shows!

This is an issue that just arose today on me. My phone keeps showing the draw pattern to unlock screen, although there is no pattern set. I have tried EVERYTHING that I can think of to fix the issue. I have set password and turned on pattern then turned off. Issue still happens, it is weird though because it doesn't always do it. It's strange!!!! Anyone ran into similar issues?! Any help is greatly appreciated because this is extremely annoying!!

Turn the pattern on, then *set a pattern, then turn it back off.

If every app that tries to enter you get this message, and if you have the GoSMS between the security settings and turn off for him, because it has an option of a global block.
