Root Help droid 3!

I need help rooting my Droid 3! its up to date and everything! I read a lot of info about it but I cant seem to find how to root it! can some one give me a guide or something i would really appreciate it! HELP this poor noob!

The older one-click methods no longer root the D3 since the 906 update. However, the Motofail Droid 4 root method works. It's here: Security Research by Dan Rosenberg

Also, I'd suggest not deleting any "bloatware". If you want to remove it, use a utility like Titanium Backup Pro that lets you freeze the apps. Better, install the Safestrap bootloader/recovery and use that to load a custom ROM and leave rooted stock alone.

The Windows version of the exploit can be downloaded here. Make sure your device is in USB debugging mode, attach it to your PC, ensure you have the latest Motorola drivers installed, extract the entire zip file, and execute “run.bat”. Enjoy.

So, go Settigs > Applications > Check Non-Market Apps and accept the notice (for future use). Now tap Development > check USB Debugging and accept it.

Connect the phone with the stock USB cable and connect for Charge Only.

Open the Motofail Windows folder you unzipped. Double click run.bat. Hit any key to start. Let it go.

RedSox, the text turns orange for me
but motofail is good for .906 used it after i SBF'd the phone to get full stock back, and re-rooted

*raises hand in guilt* YES DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DELETE BLOAT!!!! FREEZE IT!

Pay for Titanium Backup (it's worth the price) and FREEZE THEM!

I'll tell you why:

I am selling my droid to go back to iPhone and i need to UNROOT and it's a NIGHTMARE! So please, whatever you do, LOG EVERYTHING you did on a piece of paper to root your phone (in case you get stuck you can post here what you have done to get help), and the day you want to UNROOT, you won't have the nightmare doing it as I am.
