Root HELP: Droid stuck in booting loop after update!!!

I updated to BB 0.4 from a previous old 2.2 installation. Now I'm stuck in an endless reboot loop! It alternates between Droid and the red Droid eye!

1) I copied update.zip to the root of the drive.
2) I installed update.zip
3) Install was successful
4) Rebooted

yes, I tried that next. I'm going to try a different ROM. I bought a micro-sd reader so I can try a different one. Anyone know where to get a 800Mhz BB v0.4???

Micro SD card to the rescue. I tried a different ROM (Jrummy) and now I am back in business. Whew!

did you do a nandroid backup before you flashed roms. if so boot into recovery and just restore your back up
