Root Help!!! Droid x Bootloader 30.04 problems

Ok so yesterday i decided that i wanted to OTA update (gingerbread) my droid x (rooted) i had some bloatware removed so i sbf'd it using maderstcok.zip. everything turned out fine and then i factory reset it and started to download the OTA. it downloaded correctly and when it went to reboot (even had the red M logo) it got stuck in bootloader 30.04 Err:A5,69,35,00,27. Battery ok, ok to program, connect USB data cable. Anyone know what went wrong? im trying to sbf it using rsd lite 4.9 but when i click the sbf file the start button is grayed out and won't let me start. If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated!
 
Do you have the motorola drivers installed? Does the Droid X come up as "S FLASH" or something of the sort?

Are you using a full SBF and not a system-only SBF?

This is where you went wrong. This is a big camp no-no lol ;)

SBF is the only way to go.
 
Yes the drivers are installed, it comes up as s flash, the phone shows up and everything it's just the start button won't work.
