I bought two new 2.5 jack ear pieces and one even came with the phone and they all work listening to music and i can hear people on the phone when on a phone call but i can't talk back they all say they don't hear anything at all even from the ear phones that come with the phone in the box and if i have my earphones in during a call it just hangs up my call. Sometimes they do hear me and the call stays on but randomly they won't be able to hear me again and my phone hangs up on them. Can someone help me? I have the hauwie ascend from metropcs.
