Root [Help!]Encryption Unsuccesful

I just got a new 32GB class 10 UHS-1 samsung microsd card, 48MB/s.
Could you post the steps how to partition and mount part of it as the /data through adb, like we did with my other crappy card?

could you possibly help me setting up the sdcard?
making the /data redirected to the sd-ext?
Or do i only need to make the sd-ext and it should boot to the custom boot.img?

I partitioned the new sdcard accordingly to the old one, and checking to see if that works. Waiting for the phone to write the /data to the 8GB sd-ext partition that I made.

Got it to boot using the new card, and fastbooting into the boot.img.
No matter what method I use, I seem to not be able to actually install the custom boot.img so I can boot the phone without using the fastboot method.
Any pointers?

I know this was awhile ago but wondering if you ever got this to work - I have a similar issue in that nothing I flash sticks, have reset multiple times. Can't get it to use any other than the stock recovery without fastboot but nothing sticks around. This is a spare phone so not crucial, but I hate to have it get the better of me...

Have u tryed the brick kit can u do any format with the recovery?
