Help Help finding SMS app

Hey so I've been looking for a replacement SMS app. I've been going crazy on Google trying to find one I like but no luck. Apps are always missing something

I want:
Pop up notification
Full MMS support
Stock android look (if not a dark theme)

If you know of one please let me know.

I've been dying to switch over, too, but I dread getting stuck with push ads or being hammered by oodles of banner advertisements in the apps. I wish there were paid, completely ad-free versions of the apps.

Thus, I continue to use stock.

Go SMS Pro doesnt really hammer you with ads, I only get like 1 or 2 a month. idk about Handcent

Hmmmm... Where do the ads occur? Are they in-app or do they get pushed somewhere else (i.e., home screen, etc.)?

I've been using go SMS for a couple of months now. Its great.

I just wanted something a little more stock Android

You get a text. Like once a month.
The text only shows up in go SMS tho

Heck, I didn't know that. I thought they were a bit more ubiquitous. I realize that the speed of the app won't be like stock, but... is it laggy at all? Does it slow down the Motion that much?

I've been slobbering at all the themes available for weeks.

People are actually complaining about the GO products. Something about pushing ads pretty consistently now. I only used the GO Launcher for like 2 hrs. Didn't like it. If you get Nova Prime, there's a free download for a notification plugin.

Nahh its not the speedest app but its fine. I've never notice a lag.
It has a lot of good features.
I honestly feel that the stock SMS app lags much more

Either way the only advertised products they ever show is go launcher and the themes for go sms

Go sms is great with this phone. You just have to run it in "lite mode" or you'll have all that go chat crap messing up your experience. I love how much I can customize with it and all of the themes I can get.
