Help Help for enabling voice input

[yogeshbhumkar]

Hi guys,

I own samsung galaxy 5 with android 2.1. I am using it from 2 months. I am not still able to find way to enter text using voice. I dont see any microphone icon on search box or keyboard while typing. I think that it is available in android 2.1. but i dont know any way to sort that out.

Plz help me anyone knows it how to do?

I have this feature on my i5500 although I do use the Handcent App. Once you are at the text screen, press the menu button (far left rocker button ) then choose "speak" and dictate your texts! Works for me and I am on 2.1 standard ROM.
