HELP - foreign keyboard means cannot enter screenlock password!

Help! I have an unrooted SGS2 - lovely phone. I added a Persian soft keyboard to it as I work in Afghanistan. I have also been security conscious and encrypted the internal phone memory, which seems to mean you have to have a password to unlock the screen (as well as to enter when you start the phone up - there is an irritating separate issue here in that you can't have en encrypted phone with a pattern screenlock or no screenlock)

Anyway, I activated the keyboard recently to send a text in persian and then left the phone for a while - and the screen locked. When I tried to unlock it the persian keyboard comes up. As it does not have the English letters and numbers I use for the password there is no way to enter it and unlock the phone. I have tried restarting the phone, taking out the microsd memory card in the hope the soft keyboard was stored there, and just about everything else I could think of. KIES, copying and pasting the password elements from the login screen, wiping the cache, etc etc No luck. I even tried calling myself so I could try to use the keyboard that comes up when you call to write out an SMS and then copy the password from there. No luck. Oddly enough, when you restart the phone it first asks you to enter the password to decrypt the phone memory - with the normal keyboard - then when you do that it takes you to the lockscreen and the input method is the foreing keyboard, with no settings menu or means of switching it. Anybody have any ideas? It is such an easy way to get totally stuck for anyone who uses a foreign keyboard occasionally - nobody seems to have thought of this risk!

Incredibly, I seem not to have signed up fo Samsung DIVE - I could have absolutely sworn I had done that when I first started using the phone. Another way I am in trouble...

So - has anyone any ideas? I just need to change the input method and I am fine... Any way I can do this from the volume/power/home menu? I just want it to revert to default Samsung IME keyboard....

Thanks!

Stephen

Dear Mr.Stephen,

here is the solution:
step 1.download and install Moborobo program on your computer.

step 2. run the program and connect your phone to computer via usb cable. wait to be identified by program.
step 3. after it's identification your phone will be unlocked. otherwise let me know through mpn_313@yahoo.com.
hopfully it will help.
